For any person who is looking to create a business and seeks one online, but has technical limitations and wants to concentrate on the business part and not get too involved with the technicalities of a website, the option that you are providing is great.
I am a freelancer, therefore, income is not consistent and very volatile. I would think in such a case creating an online business I can use my time between jobs creating a business that would soften this income volatility that comes with being a freelancer. This way I would hit two birds; better use of my time between jobs, and creating a new stream of income.
